High Five!

Roga

6/10

The first song, ironically called "first song" does a lot of the heavy lifting. It is a very great album with a lot of interesting bits. Being made by a then 10 year old, the song has amazing moments. Although inconsistent sometimes, a very impressive first album.

The hits on this are absolutely insane, especially Nicole Kidman. That song has stayed on repeat. Unfortunately, the rest of the album is just alright. I haven’t heard her debut EP yet, but I hear it’s way better.

Man, I love this album. She's so creative for this. She's so diva for this. She looks so beautiful in the cover (although that's irrelevant for the actual music). A Nonsense Christmas is hilarious. Buy me presents is super creative. And MAN cindy lou who is the greatest Christmas song of all time. As a certified sad music girlie, I always needed a depressing Christmas song and I'm so glad that this song can be that for me. "scrolling five years back, I'm obsessed/Breaking my heart, 'tis the season, I guess" AHHH. So great. Someone break my heart around Christmas time so I can have the full experience of this song while everyone else experiences Christmas glee. I just love how this album is clearly just Sabrina having fun, being creative, and showing off her silly side. It's only a 6/10 just because it only really fits 2-3 months of the year- but is always on during the Holidays which is why I'm listening to it now (it's November 1) and also because I don't think it's a literal masterpiece- just a fun project that I love for her. It's the holiday remix let's gooo. I unironically adore everything about this.
